Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchange. All items purchased are not refundable.

In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us  within 3 days of receiving the product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and products under the sale section (deals, bundles). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
 

Refunds
We regret to inform that we do not do refunds, so anything that is sold can only be exchanged for a product that is equal or higher value than the one bought.
